Standards · Purity guarantee

If our purity claim fails, we refund the order plus your testing fee.

We publish a measured purity figure for every batch we ship. If an independent re-analysis says we lied, we make it right — financially, and in our quarterly transparency report. The infrastructure that proves the claim is the same infrastructure that prevents us from ever paying out.

No Canadian competitor publishes this.

01

What we promise

Send any sealed Novo vial to an accredited third-party lab — Janoshik Analytical or any ISO/IEC 17025-accredited equivalent. If the measured purity falls below the value published on our COA Vault page for that batch, we refund the order in full plus your testing fee, up to $80 CAD. No claim form, no proof of training certification, no haggling.

02

What "fails" means

We publish a measured purity figure for every Hero-20 batch. If a re-analysis returns a figure more than 1.0 percentage point below the published number — for example, the COA reads 99.8% and your re-test reads 98.7% — that's a fail. Within 1.0 point we consider analytical noise (lot-to-lot HPLC variance, not contamination) and we are happy to publish the second-opinion data alongside our own.

03

How to claim

Email trust@novopharma.cc within 90 days of order delivery with: your order number, the batch ID from the vial label, the sealed vial sent to the lab (Janoshik will confirm receipt), and the re-analysis PDF as soon as the lab returns it. We acknowledge within 24 hours and refund within 5 business days of seeing the failed report. If the report does not show a fail, we still cover your testing fee on first claim — researcher trust costs less than a refund cycle.

04

What this isn't

Not a satisfaction guarantee. Not a refund-if-it-doesn't-work-for-you policy. Not a research-outcome promise. Novo does not guarantee biological response — that's the literature's job. We guarantee what we sold you matches what we said we sold you, on independent verification, with our money on the line.

05

Why we publish this

Most peptide vendors won't print this commitment. The infrastructure required to honour it — per-batch Janoshik COAs, batch-level traceability, a finance flow ready to reimburse — is the same infrastructure that prevents us from ever paying out. The day we stop being able to honour this promise is the day we stop being Novo. So we publish it where it can be cited.

06

Quarterly transparency report

Once per quarter, we publish a short report at /standards/purity-guarantee/q[N]-202X with: total batches shipped, total claims received, total claims paid, average resolution time, and any aggregate trends in measured purity vs. published purity. The first report ships at the end of the first full operating quarter. If a fail ever occurs, the lot, lab, and outcome appear in the report — full disclosure, no exceptions.
