At Novo Pharma, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to making it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@novopharma.cc with photos of the issue. We will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund at your choice.

Purity Concerns

All products are third-party lab tested for purity. If you have concerns about the purity of a product, contact us with details and we will investigate. If a product does not meet our stated purity standards, a full refund or replacement will be issued.

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit and tracking shows no delivery, we will reship your order at no additional cost. Please allow up to 10 business days from the ship date before filing a lost package claim.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items. Refunds are not available for orders that have been delivered as described and are in satisfactory condition.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method. For cryptocurrency payments, refunds will be issued in the original cryptocurrency at the current exchange rate, or as store credit at your preference.
