How we price.

Novo sits 15-25% above the Canadian median peptide price. This page is exactly what that premium pays for. No marketing allegories, no margin-protection euphemisms — eight numbered sections, each tied to a real line item in our cost structure.

— The Novo pricing discipline

01

Per-batch Janoshik analysis

Independent third-party HPLC testing on every batch we ship — not brand-level, not annual, per-batch. Janoshik Analytical signs each certificate with the technician's name. The infrastructure to test, store, and publish a public COA URL for every lot is the largest line item in the premium. It is also the line item that makes the rest of this page mean something.

02

Cold-chain dispatch with photo proof

Refrigerated SKUs ship in insulated cold-pack mailers — including in summer. Every dispatch confirmation email contains a photograph of the packaged shipment. The mailer, the cold pack, the photograph step, and the same-day-before-4-PM-EST SLA all add per-order cost that ambient-shipped competitors don't carry.

03

Bilingual EN/FR support — native French

Translated by a professional native speaker. Not machine. Not approximate. Customer-service tickets in French are answered in French within the same SLA as English. The bilingual standard applies to the catalog, checkout, account, refund and shipping pages, and editorial. No Canadian competitor delivers this; we do because Canada is bilingual and our buyers deserve native-language clarity.

04

Named-scientist editorial — quarterly Lab Notes

The Novo formulation team publishes a quarterly long-form Lab Note signed by the named author, reviewed by two team members who didn't draft it, sourced exclusively from primary literature. Producing this kind of editorial — bibliographies, dosing-curve interpretations, the unflattering data competitors omit — costs the time it would take to do it well. We don't outsource it.

05

Refund + retest guarantee — finance reserve

We hold a financial reserve against the published Purity Guarantee: if a batch fails its claimed Janoshik figure under independent re-analysis, we refund the order plus your testing fee. The reserve costs us liquidity. The infrastructure to honour the promise (per-batch traceability, finance flow ready to reimburse) is the same infrastructure that makes a payout vanishingly unlikely. The premium pays for the readiness, not the payouts.

06

What this premium does NOT pay for

Influencer sponsorships. Paid SEO for branded names. Permanent on-sale pricing. VIP-tier loyalty schemes. Bait-and-switch promotional codes. Stock-photo founders. Cold-call email lists. Affiliate-driven volume vendors who race to the bottom on per-mg price. Every Canadian peptide vendor under our floor allocates spend on at least one of these. Novo's cost structure does not.

07

Inner Circle — the only standing discount

Members pay 15% less than the public price, indefinitely, with no expirations. That is the entire loyalty mechanic. Inner Circle membership is $189 CAD per year. The standing discount alone clears the membership in roughly four catalog orders. We do not run reorder discounts, gamified status tiers, double-point days, or seasonal sales-on-top-of-discounts.

08

Why we publish this page

Olympia — our anchor customer — has been burned by sketchy vendors. She does not buy on price; she buys on whether the price is honest. Publishing the cost structure behind a 15-25% premium turns what would otherwise be a vulnerability into the trust artefact. If we ever drop our prices below this floor without a corresponding cost reduction we can document, we have stopped being Novo.
